GarageCap proudly opened The Flat Iron Hotel in May 2024 to glowing reviews. As a historic boutique property in the heart of downtown Asheville, this adaptive reuse project  revitalizes the iconic Flat Iron Building, originally constructed in 1926.

The hotel features 71 guest rooms, an array of unique food and beverage outlets including Luminosa, an upscale Appalachian-meets-Italian eatery led by local chef Graham House, a rooftop bar with panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and a speakeasy cocktail lounge named The Red Ribbon Society. The hotel also provides private event capabilities, a conference room, and a co-working space for both locals and guests, making it a vibrant addition to Asheville’s cultural landscape.
